Arno and Rodger, two experienced artists and designers, share a common interest in AI-generated visual imagery and are eager to explore co-creation between humans and machines. The workshop focuses on the contrasts and connections among various teas in shape, color, aroma, and taste. Designed for interaction, the experience offers tasting notes and a deeper understanding of Chinese tea culture, allowing participants to find their perfect cup.

In this promotional video, I capture not only the unique process of the tea tasting workshop but also the harmonious and excited interactions among participants. The video highlights how their connections unfold around the tea-tasting table, offering a glimpse into the enriching experience of discovering Chinese tea.

Cha of China is an international tea tasting program that introduces the art of Chinese tea tasting, exploring six key varieties. The initiative offers exclusive workshops, lectures on tea culture, and tours in major European cities, fostering cultural exchange through the appreciation and sharing of tea.

I created this video as a key element of the product campaign, launched on the client's social platform to captivate audiences and boost awareness of the unique beauty and richness of selected Chinese teas. This campaign aims to engage tea lovers and spark curiosity about the cultural significance behind each variety.

I had the special opportunity to walk with Chinese-born, Dutch-based artist Meng Dong Lai, exploring his work and artistic process. 

This video captures his creative journey, including his new series where the image returns to the painting itself. Inspired by Chang Hsin-kang's A Dog and His City, Meng creates dreamlike scenes that blur the boundaries between humans and animals, using vivid colors and loose brushstrokes to express a playful inversion of identities.
