The Netherlands Cultural Institute Online (NCIO) is China's largest online project for Dutch art and culture. The Embassy of the Netherlands in China aims to continue exploring new forms of cultural exchange between the two countries, providing a platform for further 'online' and 'offline' cultural exchanges and fostering dialogue and cooperation from different perspectives between the nations' cultures.

In this video, Aric Chen, Artistic Director of Het Nieuwe Instituut (HNI), introduces the audience to HNI's role in society, the cultural landscape, and its current exhibition.
